The Tale of the Common Thread

The tale constantly changes, thriving or fading away.
The common thread narrates the path of destiny that we navigate together.
Time marches in unison, coexisting with the shifts in time.
In the rays and shadows, in beauty and sorrow, fusing in the long journey.
Each step elicits contemplation that haunts us; faster, we run towards the unknown.
Tirelessly searching for meaning seemingly neglected by the world.
It is us, who embody the legacy of an eternal tale.
Emotions, affections, and feelings, become the sage weaving the tale.

Allow us to continue walking on the endless thread of destiny, while expressing gratitude for what has happened and passed.

We will forever live, grow, and craft effortlessly.

Pertenunan Setia Cap Cili proudly present Benang Merah: a historical handwoven exhibition, held at the famously known creative hub among Ubud artists, Titik Dua Hotel Ubud. For over three weeks, from January 27 to February 21, 2024, Pertenunan Setia Cap Cili showcases 17 handwoven collections dating back to as early as the 1940s up to the newest ones. Benang Merah also showcases a special collaborative styling using Setia Cap Cili’s newest handwoven collections, styled by Indira Laksmi, and adorned with MAHIJA's "Encased Embers" collections.
