Gallery Tour Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Pertenunan Setia Cap Cili. By participating in our gallery tour, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Tour Description

Guided Gallery & Studio Tour by Pertenunan Setia Cap Cili is an interactive tour designed to provide participants with insights into the featured traditional ikat fabrics collections and the workshop studios. The tour will be conducted by knowledgeable guides who will facilitate discussions and provide information about the collections and the process.

3. Booking and Payment

Participants must book their spots for the tour by filling out the form or by contacting info@setiacapcili.com at least 3 (three) days prior to the visiting date. Our team will confirm and send you the invoice in 1×24 hours. Full payment must be settled at the time of booking to secure the scheduled tour session.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and Reschedule requests must be made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled tour date to be eligible for a full refund.

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation received less than 3 days prior to visiting day.

No refunds will be provided for no show and cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour date.

5. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully throughout the tour. Disruptive behavior, including touching artwork, fabrics, and tools without permission, or any form of harassment, will not be tolerated. The gallery reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines without a refund.

Children are welcome in all tour and and visiting programs, but required to be accompanied by an adult.

Babies and children below 5 years old: free of charge; 5-12 years old: 50% rate charge; above 12 years old: full rate charge.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our participants, Pertenunan Setia Cap Cili cannot be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property that may occur during the tour. Participants join the tour at their own risk.

7. Photography and Recording

Photography and recording during the tour are permitted for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise specified by gallery management. Flash photography, tripods, and selfie sticks are prohibited. The gallery reserves the right to restrict photography and recording at its discretion.

8. Changes to the Tour

Tenun Setia Cap Cili reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary, including but not limited to the artworks and fabrics featured and the duration of the tour, without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, related to the artworks featured on the tour belong to Petenunan Setia Cap Cili.

10. Agreement

By booking a spot on Pertenunan Setia Cap Cili Gallery Tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
